Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

By creating a Gladly account (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by:

• (i) these Terms of Use,
• (ii) our Privacy Policy, and
• (iii) any terms disclosed and agreed to by you if you purchase additional features, products or services we offer on the Service

(collectively, this "Agreement"). If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

Changes may be made to this Agreement and to the Service without notice. This may be done to reflect changes in the law, new features, or changes in business practices. The most recent version applies. If the changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance (unless prohibited by applicable law) via reasonable means, which may include notification through the Service or email. If you continue to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility

You are not authorized to create an account or access the Service unless all of the following are true:

• (i) You are at least 18 years old;
• (ii) You can form a binding contract with Gladly;
• (iii) You agree to maintain the security of your account and not share your access credentials;
• (iv) You understand you are responsible for all data charges incurred using the Service;
• (v) You take responsibility for all activities under your account;
• (vi) You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws;
• (vii) You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws;
• (ix) You have never been convicted of a felony or crime involving violence, nor required to register as a sex offender.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials for Gladly. If you believe someone has gained access to your account, please contact Gladly immediately.

4. Modifying the Service and Termination

Gladly may occasionally add or remove features. If changes do not materially affect your rights or obligations, prior notice may not be provided. Gladly reserves the right to suspend the Service, including without advance notice in emergency circumstances.

You may terminate your account at any time. For subscriptions or in-app purchases, cancellation must be managed via your app store. Gladly may terminate your account without notice if you violate this Agreement.

5. Your Interactions with Other Members

Gladly encourages respectful behavior but is not responsible for the conduct of users. Use caution when interacting with others, and do not share financial information or send money.

Gladly does not conduct background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions.

6. Rights

Gladly grants you use of the Service as intended and permitted by this Agreement. Gladly may revoke this authorization if you engage in actions including but not limited to:

• Using the Service for commercial purposes without consent
• Copying, modifying, or redistributing copyrighted content
• Using bots, scrapers or similar methods
• Uploading malicious code
• Attempting to disrupt or manipulate the Service
• Reverse engineering the application
• Encouraging activities that violate this Agreement

Gladly may investigate and pursue legal action in response to unauthorized use of the Service.

7. Rights You Grant Gladly

By creating an account, you grant Gladly a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish and distribute any content you post (“Content”), for operating and improving the Service.

Gladly may remove Content that violates this Agreement.

By providing suggestions or feedback, you agree that Gladly may use and share them without compensation.

Gladly may access, store or disclose information if required by law or necessary to comply with legal processes or protect safety.

8. Community Rules

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Impersonate others
• Harass, threaten, or defame
• Post hateful, explicit, violent, or infringing content
• Solicit passwords or personal data
• Create multiple accounts
• Create a new account after termination without permission

Gladly may investigate and terminate your account without refund if you violate this Agreement.

9. Other Members’ Content

Members are solely responsible for the Content they post. Gladly cannot guarantee compliance. Report violating content through the app or support.

10. Purchases

Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or approved at Gladly’s discretion.

11. Third-Party Services

Gladly is not responsible for third-party services, links, or promotions included within the Service.

12. Procedure for Copyright Claims

If your copyrighted work has been posted without permission, submit a takedown request including:

• Description and location of infringing material
• Good-faith statement of unauthorized use
• Statement under penalty of perjury affirming accuracy

13. Disclaimers

Gladly provides the Service “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. All downloads are at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gladly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or conduct of other members.

15. Indemnity by You

You agree to indemnify Gladly and WRK.house from claims or losses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gladly. Your account is non-transferable and expires upon death.
